02/07/2008 - Rhino's in Eastgate : I found a really cool way to reduce the red chromatic noise that the Canon Digital Rebel XTi suffers from when taking low light shots like I frequently do. I'm thinking of creating a tutorial on how to do it here on SmugMug. All the photos in this gallery are the first to be processed using my new method. I think it has improved the quality of the photos immensely. The down side is that the Paint Shop Pro script I wrote to process the images also stripped out the EXIF information during the process. Eventually I'll figure out how to preserve that information.
